Wouldnt it be nice to come home to a clean house? The beds are made, the kitchen clean, the hardwood floors treated and those hard to reach spots behind the toilet being scrubbed. House cleaning on a regular basis maintains the value of your home and is a good standard for healthy living. So, go and plan that party knowing that your home will sparkle and smell fresh and clean after we leave.

The first time we clean your house we do a TOTAL CLEANING, this is very important, because we clean your home, from top to bottom. For the first time cleaning, you will be charged by the hour (minimum of 2 hours). Once we have total cleaned your home, we will give you a fix rate for your regular cleaning.

After the total cleaning it is so much easier to keep it up. We do a rotation each time we come in; so that nothing will get out of control again. After the first initial cleaning we will follow our cleaning routine list.

All houses are very different and unique on their own features. If there is something that you would like cleaned that is not on this list, we can create a cleaning schedule that is tailored to meet your needs.

Bedrooms:

  • Beds made and linens changed if new linens are left out on the bed.
  • All areas dusted on top and the sides of furniture.
  • Mirrors washed, cleaned and dried.
  • Window sills wiped.
  • Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates.
  • Vacuum under the bed if it is accessible.
  • Trash collected and emptied.
  • Lampshades dusted and bases cleaned.
  • Carpets vacuumed. *Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.

Kitchen:

  • Countertops and backsplash cleaned.
  • All appliances on the front washed.
  • Trash collected and emptied.
  • Sinks scrubbed and cleaned.
  • Sink faucets cleaned with glass cleaner and buffed to sparkle.
  • Sills wiped down.
  • Floor vacuumed and washed.
  • Overall appearance neat and tidy.
  • Microwave cleaned on the outside and inside.

Bathrooms:

  • Tub thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and left sparkling.
  • Drain of tub cleaned
  • Floor cleaned.
  • Sinks and countertop scrubbed and wiped down.
  • Sink faucet cleaned with glass cleaner and buffed to sparkle.
  • Toilets scrubbed in basin and around base and behind.
  • Mirrors cleaned.
  • Light fixtures cleaned.
  • Sills wiped down.
  • Trash collected and emptied.
  • Vacuum area carpets.

Hallways:

  • Baseboards wiped down.
  • Fingerprints washed from woodwork, doorframes and switch plates.
  • Picture frames dusted.
  • Vacuum and or wash floor.
  • Windows cleaned and wiped down.

All other living areas:

  • All furniture dusted.
  • Picture frames dusted.
  • Sills wiped down.
  • Cobwebs removed.
  • Hardwood and tile floors mopped and cleaned.
  • Lamp shades dusted and cleaned.
  • Glass tables cleaned.
  • Carpets vacuumed.
  • Overall appearance of room left neat and tidy.
  • Switch plates cleaned.

Other items by special request:

  • Inside of oven or fridge
  • Windows
  • Wall washing (other than spot cleaning)
  • Any other special requests.

In order to make our service more affordable to our customers we try to customize our service to suit your needs. We have a number of unique service options that will allow you to have your house cleaned on a regular basis without breaking the bank.

Credit card Payments made prior to service are refundable.

* Cancellation 48 hours prior to scheduled services are 100% Reimbursable.
